• Oxford Liberty Select and Oxford Medicare are accepted. (All other Oxford plans will receive a discounted rate)

• PHCS (look for the PHCS on your insurance card).
• Many out of network policies will cover the full or partial cost of your visits. If you are uncertain about your coverage, call your insurance company to find out what benefits you are eligible to receive. We will gladly give you a receipt to submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you may be eligible for.
